Should Every Day Feel This?
In one of the series' images, a homeless man is depicted with the advertising text "Every Day Should Feel This..." in the background, from which the entire series takes its name: should every day feel like this?
The overexposed images, shot on the streets of European and American cities, depict beggars, immigrants, the homeless, and the marginalized, from whom we tend to turn our gaze away. Overexposed, empty at a quick glance, the images seem to blind the viewer, like the midday sun, momentarily drawing on the retina the delicate outlines of the landscape and something essential and hidden.
