I travel the terrain, letting mixed observations and experiences flow through me. I build these photographic works by combining dozens, sometimes hundreds, of photographs on top of each other and side by side. The starting point of the works is in real places, but the landscapes become more of a mental landscape, of a lonely and unforgiving wilderness, because as the traveler surrenders to the path, he may find his fantasy.
